Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Equinova Model Portfolio Advisory Services (SEBI Advance Fee & Refund Norms)

• Advance Fee Ceiling: Where research advisory fees are paid in advance, the subscription period does not exceed one (1) year.
• Proportionate Refund on Premature Termination: On premature termination of the research service by either party (subscriber or City Index), the subscriber is entitled to a proportionate refund for the unexpired period of the subscription.
• Zero Breakage Fee: In accordance with SEBI directives, absolutely no breakage fee, cancellation penalty, or administrative deduction is charged upon early termination.

2. 12-Day Live Online Equity Mastery Class (Educational Program)

• Cancellation Prior to Cohort Start: If an enrolled student requests a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Day 1 commencement of their allocated batch, a 100% full refund is issued.
• Cancellation After Commencement: If a student is unable to continue during the active 12-day cohort due to personal emergencies, a proportionate refund for the unattended sessions is provided, or the student may opt for free batch-rescheduling to a future cohort.

3. Mode of Refund & Processing Timelines

In strict compliance with statutory guidelines, refunds are accepted and processed only through banking/non-cash channels:

• Refund Channel: All approved refunds are credited back directly to the original source bank account, UPI ID, or card from which the payment originated. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and typically reflect in the client's bank account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard inter-bank clearing cycles.
